39例机械性眼外伤并眼内异物的临床分析

Clinical analysis of 39 mechanical ocular injury complicated with intraocular foreign bodies cases

目的探讨和分析机械性眼外伤并眼内异物的致伤原因、预后影响因素。方法对39例机械性眼外伤并眼内异物患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究和分析。结果总结39例机械性眼球外伤并眼内异物患者受伤年龄、性别、场合、受伤原因以及人群特征等。致伤原因多为锐器伤和钝器伤,治疗方式主要以异物取出为主;影响视力预后的主要原因有致伤原因、伤后24 h内是否处理。经过急诊等处理后,治疗前后视力对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械性眼外伤并眼内异物影响其预后的主要原因是致伤原因和24 h内是否急诊处理。

Objective To investigate and analyze the causes and influence factors for prognosis of mechanical ocular injury complicated with intraocular foreign bodies.Methods Clinical data of 39 mechanical ocular injury complicated with intraocular foreign bodies patients were retrospectively researched and analyzed. Results Summarization was made on age, gender, condition, injury causes, and population characteristics of the 39 cases of mechanical ocular injury complicated with intraocular foreign bodies. The main injury causes included sharp and blunt instrument injury, and their treatment measure was basically foreign body removal. Influence factors of prognosis included injury causes and management within 24 h. After emergency treatment, the difference of eyesight before and after treatment had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Injury causes and management within 24 h are the main influence factors for prognosis of mechanical ocular injury complicated with intraocular foreign bodies.
