社区教育工作者胜任素质调查研究

The Survey Study on Competency of Community Educators

本研究以知识、能力、品质三维度作为胜任素质基本框架设计问卷,以温州社区教育工作者为研究对象,开展问卷调查。运用SPSS20对调查数据进行统计分析,旨在了解社区教育工作者知识、能力、品质等胜任素质现实水平与期望的差距以及社区工作者胜任素质的影响因素。研究结果具有统计学意义和参考价值,为社区教育队伍建设提供了有益的启示。

This study targeting on the community educators in Wenzhou is based on the results of the questionnaires designed by the three keys factors of competence ＆ competency： knowledge, ability and personality, which is analyzed as a three-dimensional degree framework in the competency study. By applying SPSS20 to analyze the datas, the study is aimed at gaining a better understanding of the gap between the performance of three keys factors of competence ＆ competency in the reality and the expectation from community educators. The results were statistically significant and could offer a great reference and inspiration for the team building of community educators.
