国家开放大学背景下的应用型人才培养模式探讨

Exploration on the Models of Training Applied Talents under the Background of Open University

随着我国高等教育规模的迅速扩张,高等教育培养应用型人才的能力、数量和质量无法适应社会的需求,供需矛盾较大,应用型人才培养模式成为社会普遍关注的问题。国家开放大学作为以新机制、新模式办学的国民继续教育体系的重要组成部分,定位于培养社会经济发展需要的应用创新型人才,因此,应充分发挥其在人才培养模式探索中的优势,为我国高等教育理论创新和实践改革贡献力量。

Currently, with the rapid expansion of higher education in our country, the ability, quantity and quality of higher education struggle to cultivate applied talents to meet the demands of the society. With an increasing gap between supply and demand of human capital, training students with practical expertise is imperative to the development of society. As a part of a new and innovative system of education, National Open University sets its goals in parallel to the needs of society to cultivate talent for greater social and economic development. It should therefore maximize its advantages in exploring the talents cultivating mode, and make theoretical innovation and practical contributions via reforms to our current higher educational system.
