黏胶针织物纺前染色及匹染色对环境的影响

摘要 坯布阶段的织物外观晦涩,对消费者缺乏吸引力。因此,通过纺织湿加工赋予面料色彩及进行后整理必不可少。染色后的织物对消费者具有吸引力,但染色过程可能会对环境和人类健康造成严重影响。就黏胶织物纺前染色和匹染色对环境的影响进行了对比。以1 kg黑色黏胶针织物为基准,测量并对比了加工1 kg染色针织物的气体排放量及用水量。结果发现,纺前染色的废水排放量比匹染色降低了10%,且排放到环境中的废气也大大减少。 Fabric in the greige stage looks very dull and unattractive to consumers. It is imperative to add colors and finishes to the fabrics through textile wet processing. After dyeing fabrics become appealing to consumers but the dyeing process has the potential to cause significant impact on the environment and human health.In the present study,the environmental impact of fabrics made of dope dyed viscose and piece dyed viscose have been compared. For the study,functional unit it taken as 1 kg of black viscose knitted fabric. In the study,emissions of gases are measured for producing 1 kg of dyed knitted fabric. Use of water is measured and compared for producing 1 kg of dope dyed knit fabric against piece dyed fabric. It is found that water discharge is reduced by 10% in dope dyed fabrics and has substantially reduced the emissions of gases into the environment.
