症状性大脑中动脉狭窄血管内治疗时球囊扩张支架的选择

Selecting balloon expandable stent for endovasculau interventional treatment of sympotamatic stenosis of middle cerebral artery

摘要 目的探讨前循环症状性大脑中动脉狭窄血管内治疗时球囊扩张支架的选择方法。方法对26例(共28处病变,28枚支架)症状性大脑中动脉狭窄患者使用球囊扩张支架进行了治疗,其中冠状动脉支架6枚,apollo支架22枚,按路径上血管弯曲段最小内切线长度来选择合适的支架,总结支架到位率和手术成功率。结果28枚支架均顺利到位,手术成功率为100%。结论用球囊扩张支架治疗前循环症状性大脑中动脉狭窄时,按照虹吸部弯曲段最小内切线长度选择球囊扩张支架可最大程度地保证支架顺利到位,确保手术成功率。 Objective To evaluate the methods of selecting balloon expangdable stent for treat- ment of sympotamatic middle cerebral arterial stenosis. Methods Twenty-six patients (28 lesions, 28 stents) with sympotomatic middle cerebral arterial stenosis were treated with 6 balloon expandable corana- ry stents, 22 apollo stents. According to the minimum length of inner tangnet to choose appropriate stent. The technial and operational success rate was observed. Results All stents were push to lesion location, the success rate of operation was 100%. Conclusions Sympotamatic intracranial arterial stenosis is trea- ted with balloon expangdable stent, ate stent can insure success rate of operation.
