乳腺癌保乳术后调强放疗效果分析 被引量:3

Effect of intensity-modulated radiation therapy on breast cancer patients with breast conserving surgery

摘要 目的对比分析常规放疗与调强放疗治疗乳腺癌保乳术后患者效果。方法将湛江肿瘤医院2003年1月至2011年1月收治的100例乳腺癌保乳术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均已接受保乳术治疗,对照组患者术后给予常规放疗,观察组患者术后给予调强放疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组患者急性放射性皮肤反应发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。随访3年,两组患者局部复发率和远处转移率比较差异未见统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论乳腺癌保乳术后患者行调强放疗能够提高乳腺癌临床疗效,具有急性皮肤反应的发生率低、局部复发率和远处转移率低等特点,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective To compare the effects of conventional radiotherapy and intensity-modula- ted radiation therapy on breast cancer patients with breast conserving surgery. Methods From January 2003 to January 2011, 100 breast cancer patients with breast conserving surgery treated in tumor hospital of Zhanjiang were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The patients in the two groups had breast conserving surgery, the patients in control group were given postoperatively routine radiotherapy, and the patients in observation group were given intensity modulated radiation therapy. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, there was significant difference ( P 〈 O. 05 ). The a- cute radioactive skin reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, there was significant difference (P 〈 0. 05 ). During the 3 years of followed-up, there was no sig- nificant difference in local recurrence or distant metastasis rate ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions Intensity- modulated radiation therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of breast cancer patients with breast conser- ving surgery, it has the advantages of low incidence of acute skin reaction, local recurrence and distant metastasis, so it is worthy of further popularization and application.
