Building of Teaching Team of Electrical Engineering and Automation Major in Local Universities

针对电气工程及其自动化专业的特点,主要在教学队伍建设、课程教学改革、科研促进教学等方面进行建设和实践,提出教学队伍建设模块化、青年教师培养日常化、课程教学改革多元化、科研促进教学具体化等建设措施,为学科发展和专业改革工作奠定基础。

Based on the characteristics of electrical engineering and automation major, the practice mainly focuses on building of teaching team, re- formation of curriculum teaching and scientific research promoting teaching. Accordingly, measures such as modularizing teaching team, routinizing cultivation of young teachers, diversifying curriculum teaching reformation and materializing scientific research promoting teaching that lay a foundation for the development of subject, and proposes the reformation of majoy.
