摘要
当前,在扩大高校专业设置自主权背景下,一些地方高校出现了盲目设置专业的新问题。运用利益相关者理论分析地方高校设置专业的利益驱动根源,通过构建政府宏观调控,高校自律和学生、行业参与评价的共同治理机制,确保国家利益、高校利益、学生利益和社会利益诉求得到均衡和相互牵制,以此增强专业设置效益和质量。
At present, under the background of expanding specialties settings autonomy in universities, some new problems are emerging in blind specialties settings in some local universities. In this paper, the stakeholders theory is used to analysis the interest-driven source of specialties settings, by building the co-governance mechanism of government macro-control, the university self-discipline, students and industry evaluation to ensure the benefit balance and mutual control of nation, universities, students and society, so as to enhance the efficiency and quality of specialty settings.
