基于UC3854的Boost型功率因数校正器的电磁兼容研究

摘要 介绍了一种雷达发射机电源采用有源功率因数校正方法降低电源谐波含量的方案。本方案采用UC3854来进行功率因数校正,该电路采用平均电流模型,它通过脉宽调制输出的一连串脉冲信号来控制电路中开关晶体管的导通与截止,从而将输入电流与输出电压的相位重新调整到同相的状态,最终达到功率因数校正的目的。实验结果表明,该方案成本低、性能好,容易达到各项EMC标准,适合于中小功率雷达发射机电源。 A scheme used in radar transmitter's power supply is introducesd which uses the method of passive power factor to reduce the content of harmonics in power supply. This scheme adopts UC3854 to correct the power factor, Using the average current model,UC3854 controls the state of the switching transistor in the circuit by outputting a series of PWM signals. By this mean, it readjusts input current and output voltage to synchronization, thus fulfilling power factor correction. The experiment result shows that this scheme's cost is very low, its performance is very good, it is easy to reach the every EMS standard, and it is fit for the radar transmitter's power supply of medium and small power.
