管理实践视角下的管理设计研究

Research of Management Design from the Perspective of Management Practice

设计的理念和方法通常应用在工程学科和富于创造性的艺术领域,然而,集科学性与艺术性于一身的管理同样离不开设计的架构理念和工具,从设计的高度上进行管理是当今激烈竞争的经济形势下对管理提出的新要求。基于管理实践的视角回顾"管理设计"思想的历史演变过程,分析顶层设计与管理设计的区别和联系,并对管理设计的内涵、特征等进行阐述,最后,就管理设计的应用进行展望。

Principle and method of design are usually used in engineering science and creative artistic fields. However, the manage- ment which involves science and art also cannot do without the architecture design concepts and tools. To nmnage in the aspect of design is a requirement in today＇s competitive economic situation. This article reviews the historical evolvement process of ＂management design＂ in terms of the management practice, and the difference and connection between the top design and management design are studied. The connotation, characteristics of the management design are described. Finally, the application of management design is prospected.
