摘要
建设创新型国家,关键在于培养创新型人才。对创新型人才成长过程进行阶段划分,通过问卷调查的方法研究了各阶段创新型人才的素质特征,在此基础上构建了包括人才战略规划、人才生成和人才激励等环节的创新型人才培养模式,为我国培养大批创新型人才提供参考,具有重要的实践价值和理论意义。
Building an innovation oriented country, the key lies in the cultivation of innovative talents. The paper divided the innovative talents growth process into four stages, and researched on the quality characteristics of each stage of innovative talents through the questionnaire survey method; based on this, the cultivation model of innovative talents, which includes talents strategy planning part, talents generation part and talents incentive part, has been constructed, providing the reference for the cultivation of a large number of innovative talents in China, which has important practical value and theoretical significance.
