摘要
基于湿冷塔压差法理论,以某600 MW机组为例,研究LiCl盐水冷却系统节水量和机组少发电功率随LiCl质量分数、气象条件以及循环水流量的变化规律,探讨各边界条件的变化对盐水冷却系统经济效益的影响。结果表明:LiCl质量分数不宜过高,若较高,则应增大循环水流量以提高盐水冷却系统的经济效益;盐水冷却系统经济效益随环境相对湿度、干球温度升高而降低。因此,在空气干燥和低温的气象条件下采用盐水冷却系统更加有利。
Based on the theory of pressure difference in wet cooling tower,a 600 MW unit power plant was taken as an example to analyze the change rules of water-saving amount and power reduction of lithium chloride (LiC1) saltwater cooling system against varying of such factors as the LiC1 mass fraction,weather condition and recirculation cooling water amount. The influence of these boundary conditions on economic benefits of the saltwater cooling system was also discussed. The result shows, the lithium chloride mass fraction should not get too high. If it is relatively high,the recirculation cooling water amount should be increased to enhance the economic benefit of the saltwater cooling system. Moreover,economic benefit of the saltwater cooling system decreased with the increasing environmental relative humidity and dry-bulb tem- perature. Therefore, the dry air and low temperature weather condition or area is more favorable for the saltwater cooling system.
