摘要
分析了100 k VA配电变压器在正常运行时产生故障的原因,得出零序电流和3次谐波电流过大是造成变压器外壳局部温度急剧升高的直接原因。提出增加四磁柱变压器,可避免变压器外壳产生的涡流和磁滞损耗,提高变压器安全运行的可靠性。
This paper analyzed the fault causes of a 100 kVA power distribution transformer during normal operation.The results show that the larger zero sequence current and the third harmonic current are the direct causes which cause a sharp increase of the local temperature of the transformer shell.By using of four-magnetic column transformer,the eddy current and hysteresis loss of transformer shell are avoided,which improves the operation reliability of transformer.
