摘要
利用ANSYS软件,采用大规模参数分析的手段,对K型间隙矩形管的轴向刚度进行了研究;通过单参数分析确定各参数与节点刚度的函数形式,从而确定回归模式,应用多元线性回归理论拟合出节点刚度的参数公式。将公式所算结果与有限元分析结果进行对比,二者符合较好;建立了考虑管节点刚度的桁架简化模型,将回归的公式运用于简化模型中计算桁架的挠度,并与壳元桁架进行了对比,结果表明,回归的公式具有很好的适用性。
Using ANSYS program, the axial stiffness of gapped K-type RHS-joints is studied by using a large scale of variable parameter analysis methods.Based on single-parameter analysis, and using multi-variable linear regression analysis, a series of parametric formulas for computing the axial stiffness of gapped K-type RHS-joints are derived.The axial stiffness of the joints calculated from the equations coincides with the results that are obtained by finite element analysis.The simplified models considering the joint axial stiffness are constructed.The deflection which is calculated by the simplified models in which formulas are used is compared with the truss model constructed by shell element.It is shown that the formulas developed in this paper have good applicability.
