本文给出了在PC机上以WINNT为宿主操作系统IIS为WEB服务器建立多媒体CAI网站的方案，并用Java语言实现了该网站主页中动画，闪烁按钮等动态元素。

This paper, based on WINNT operation and IIS, gives the program about Establishment of cal multimedia web networkstation in re, and realizes the movie, twinkle button and other elements in the homepage in java language; meanwhile, settles the problems of drintenance and secdrity of the networkstaion.
