摘要
为了解猪链球菌及其血清型流行情况,对2010-2012年从河北省各地区临床病死猪分离获得的32株链球菌进行了生物学特性鉴定及血清分型。结果表明,分离的链球菌以兰氏D群为主,占34.4%,其次为C群(18.8%)。利用PCR扩增猪链球菌的种特异性16SrRNA基因以及荚膜多糖cpslI、eps2J、cps7H和eps9H基因,对32株链球菌分离株进行猪链球菌种的鉴定和分型。结果显示,属于猪链球菌的为16株,其中猪链球菌2型(SS2)为56.25%(9/16),SS7占6.25%(1/16),SS9占12.5%(2/16),其他血清型占25%(4/16)。
In order to determine the prevalence of Streptococcus suis and major pathogenic serotypes in Hebei province 32 iso-lates of Streptococcus from sick or dead pigs during 2010 to 2012 were identified by biological characteristics, serum grouping andSlide agglutination test. Among these isolates, 34.4% mainly belonged to Group D, and 18.8% belonged to Group C. The speciesand genotypes of 32 isolates were further identified by PCR amplifying species-specific 16S rRNA gene and genes(cpsl I, cps2 J,cps7 H and cps9 H)of capsular polysaccharide of SS. The results indicated that 16 of 32 isolates were SS in which 56.25% (9/16)belonged to serotype 2 ( SS2 ), 6.25% (1/16) was SS7,12.5% ( 2/16 ) was SS9 and 25% (4/16) belonged to other serotypes.
