摘要
针对大型模锻压机液压缸的特点和技术条件,设计研发了整套液压缸密封,解决大直径、大膨胀量和大挤出间隙的高压密封问题。根据对密封件的使用情况和密封失效的形式,分析密封失效的原因,指出液压缸设计和失效密封存在的问题,提出相应的改善措施和更好的密封解决方案,以提高密封的可靠性和使用寿命。
According to the characteristics and technical conditions for large forging press cylinder, design and development of the whole supporting cylinder seals, to solve the problem of high pressure seal which have large diameter, large expansion quantity and large extrusion gap. According to the case of seal service and the form of sealing failure, analysis the causes of sealing failure, point out the problems of cyl-inder design and failure seal, put forward the relevant improvement measures and a better sealing solutions, in order to improve the reliabili-ty and the service life of the sealing.
