摘要
幼儿园教师专业化对幼儿教育事业具有重要意义,具有专业素质内容复杂、专业成长更多依靠经验等特点。当前幼儿园教师专业化面临着发展动力不足、培训体系不完善、培养质量不高、教师水平得不到保障等困境。需要政府牵头构建完善的幼儿园教师职业培训体系、完善教师待遇保障体系、激发教师专业发展动力,需要幼儿园教师深入理解幼儿园教师专业发展标准,主动用专业标准指导自身的专业发展。
Preschool teachers' specialization has important significance for early childhood education. There are many problems to be solved to promote the specialization. The government should construct a vocational training system for kindergarten teachers and the teachers should thoroughly understand their professional standards to guide their development.
