上海建设全球人民币清算中心的条件和路径研究

The Study on the Condition and Path of the Construction of Shanghai RMB Clearing Center

文章以人民币国际化的快速发展为背景,从国际经验以及国际货币与金融中心发展的内在关系等角度,探讨了上海构建全球人民币清算中心的条件和具体路径,并在大量调研样本的基础上提出了多项具有前瞻性和可操作性的短期和中长期对策建议,这些建议包括如何改进银行系统和证券系统的清算以及构建上海CIPS系统等多个方面。

Based on the rapid development of the RMB internationalization and from the international experiences as well as the intrinsical relationship between world currency and its financial center,the paper studies the condition and specific path on constructing a world RMB Clearing Center in Shanghai. On the basis of a lot of investigations,the paper provides a series of prospective and operational suggestions both from short run and mid-long run,which includes the improvement of banking and security clearing system as well as construction of CIPS system in Shanghai.
