摘要
根据太阳能反射涂料的反射、辐射、隔热等作用机理,筛选出具有这些性能的功能化填料.采用金红石型钛白粉、热反射粉、远红外陶瓷粉、中空微珠、SiO2气凝胶微粉等功能化填料制备太阳能反射涂料,通过测试涂料的太阳光反射比、半球发射率、隔热温差、耐洗刷性、遮盖力、耐沾污性等性能,考察不同类型功能化填料的添加对涂料性能的影响,从而判断不同类型功能化填料所制备的太阳能反射涂料的适用领域.
According to the mechanism of the reflection, radiation and heat insulation of solar reflective coatings, screening out the functional fillers which have these properties. Using rutile titanium dioxide, heat reflective powder, far-infrared ceramic powder, hollow microsphere and SiO2 aerogel powder as functional fillers to prepare solar refiective coatings. By testing solar reflectance, hemispherical emissivity, heat insulation temperature, washing resistance, hiding power and stain resistant properties, reviewing the effects of the different functional fillers on properties of coatings, which judging the application fields of solar reflective coatings with different types of functional fillers.
