摘要
本文基于自主研发的Planetary_NGW软件对2.5 MW风电齿轮参数进行分析计算,详细介绍了齿轮参数初步确定和齿轮参数优化的设计方法,总结了2.5MW风电齿轮设计和制造经验。Planetary_NGW软件的使用避免了齿轮参数计算过程中重复手工计算和很难求得最优解的问题,节约了设计时间和设计成本,为提高我公司风电齿轮的设计能力和可靠性打下基础。
In this paper, based on self-developed Planetary_NGW sottware,the parameters ot wind turmne gearbox is analyed & calculated,and it specifies how to determine and optimize gear parameters, at the same time summrized designing and manufacturing experiencs of 2.5 MW wind turhin gears, the application of Planetary_NGW software helps to avoid duplicate solution. It saved both time & cost for designing, capabilty and reliability. manual calculation & the difficulty of getting optimized while laying a solid foundation for improving our design
