摘要
为了改善车辆起步行驶时由于离合器波形片不平稳引起的整车颤振现象,对传动系统及离合器波形片工作过程进行数学建模,提出相应的改善措施,并进行了验证性仿真实验。仿真结果表明,通过改善波形片的结构,可以明显地改善车辆起步颤振现象。在实际中,试验结果验证了改善措施的正确性和可行性。
This vehicle appears the judder problem while engaging the ciutcn SlOWly without acceleration pedal during launch. The clutch cushion deflection is found that there is a big influence for this phenome- non. Further investigation with measurement and simulation shows that the curve of cushion deflection will influence the judder performance. So the optimization of cushion segment structure can improve the judder behavior in the vehicle. And it is proved by the test results that it is correct and feasible to control the pa- rameters of cushion segment.
