张保春教授治疗小儿咳嗽诊疗思维过程研究

Thinking process of Professor Zhang Baochun in treating Infantile Cough

目的:小儿咳嗽是临床上的常见病,多发病,及时准确的进行诊治开具出行之有效的方药是中医内科医生必须掌握的基本技能。方法:笔者随导师张保春教授于北京中医大学国医堂门诊部出诊期间,收集整理了张老师有效的治疗小儿咳嗽的许多方剂,通过对这些病例,方药的分析,从而总结归纳出小儿咳嗽诊疗思维过程。结论:小儿咳嗽的诊疗思维过程主要涉及:1)四诊的信息收集整理取象过程;2)医者认知水平和抓住疾病主要矛盾的诊疗立象过程;3)医者行医经验,用药习惯的处方用药决策过程。通过在"辨病"基础上的"辨证",进而真正合理有效的辨证论治,最终成功的治愈疾病。

Objective：Infantile cough is a common and frequently occurring disease,therefore timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment is one of the basic skills of a TCMdoctor.Methods：When accompanying Doctor Zhang at clinic visits,the author sum-marized many prescriptions for infantile cough prescribed by doctor Zhang,brought forth the clinical thinking process for treating in-fantile cough.Conclusion：The clinical thinking process of infantile cough mainly involves：1）four examinations to collect mani-festation;2）establishment of diagnosis and treatment methods;3）determination of prescription.Through ＆quot;disease＆quot;examination and “syndrome”differentiation,the ultimate cure is found.
