养心氏片对大鼠冠脉结扎致心肌缺血模型的影响

The Effects of Yangxinshi Tablet on Myocardial Ischemia in Rats

目的:研究养心氏片对冠脉结扎致心肌缺血大鼠的影响作用。方法:将90只健康SD大鼠随机分为6组,分别为假手术组、模型组、硝苯地平对照组、养心氏片高、中、低剂量组,连续给药10 d后,行冠脉左前降支结扎术制备大鼠心肌缺血模型,检测心肌力学变化,测定各组血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量变化,并用氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)染色法测定心肌梗死面积。结果:养心氏片能明显减少心肌梗死范围,同时可以改善心肌缺血大鼠CK、LDH等血清心肌酶学及心电图状况等指标的异常(P<0.05)。结论:养心氏片对冠脉结扎致大鼠心肌缺血有保护作用。

Objective：To study the effects of Yangxinshi tablet on myocardial ischemia induced by ligation of the coronary artery in rats.Methods：Ninety rats were randomly divided into six groups：sham group,model group,Yangxinshi tablet high dose group,me-dial dose group,low dose group and Nifedipine group.After 10 days of continuous administration,rat myocardial ischemia model was induced by ligation of the left anterior descending branch of the coronary artery,then the changes in myocardial mechanics were detected.The activities of creatine kinase（CK）,lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）,superoxide dismutase（SOD）,malonaldehyde （MDA）,nitric oxide（NO）were determined in each groups.Myocardial infarction sizes were measured after triphenyl tetrazolium chloride （TTC）staining.Results：Yangxinshi tablet significantly reduced myocardial infarction size,obviously decreased activities of CK,LDH and other Serum Myocardial Enzyme and improved abnormalities of ECG（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yangxinshi tablet shows protective effects on myocardial ischemia.
