本体应用中术语本体和信息本体解析——以生物医学信息学领域为例 被引量:2

摘要 本研究揭示了对本体理解的两个层面。第一个层面的本体主要指特定领域里公认的事实所构成的有关过程或实体的知识。第二层面的本体主要指对信息实体的表达,是对信息模型中容纳事物实例的信息实体概念以及概念特征和相互关系的表达。以生物医学信息学领域为例,分析了生物医学信息学领域的顶层本体、本体建立原则和Bio Portal本体平台。提出今后中国生物医学信息学领域对本体的研究重点。 The study reveals the meaning of ontology in the field of biomedical informatics.One level of ontology is the knowledge of processes and entities that constitute the commonly accepted facts of the domain. The other level of ontology is the representation of information entity. The study also analyses the top level ontology of biomedical informatics, OBO Foundry Principles, BioPortal ontology platfbrm, and proposes the research focus of biomedical informatics ontology in China.
