摘要
从新员工培训、校内培训和学习机会、发展项目和工作坊等角度介绍了加州大学伯克利分校图书馆馆员培训与发展的实践。并进一步总结了其馆员培训与发展的组织管理工作,指出了其在馆员培训与发展中的特色做法如协作式的培训组织与管理、重视建立心理契约、引导馆员的职业发展方向、全面的技能培养等。
The librarian training and development in University of Califomia-Berkeley libraries is introduced from four aspects, including new employee orientation, training and educational opportunities, development projects and workshops. Its organization and management are also included. The characteristics in librarian training and development practices such as collaborative organization and management, paying attention to psychological contract, guiding the librarians' career development, comprehensive skills training are also discussed.
