摘要
地理信息市场是改革开放后我国一个异军突起的新兴市场,其广阔前景与巨大潜力已引起社会和国家高度重视。但由于历史较短和经验不足等原因,这一市场尚有待培育和引导。尤其在监管中还存在政策不够完善、服务保障滞后、违法事件时有发生等问题。如何加强监管,保证与促进它持续发展,需要通过深入教育警示,打击违法行为,做好服务保障,增强部门协调,提高自身素质及建立长效机制加以解决。
Geographic Information market is a new market rising suddenly after the reform and opening up. And this new market has attracted extensive attention of society and the state for its broad prospects and huge potentials. However, due to the short history and insufficient experience and other factors, the market remains to be culti- vated and guided. In particular, problems like imperfect policies, laggard security services and violations still exist. In order to strengthen supervision and maintain its sustainable development, the government needs to car- ry out thorough education, crack down violations, maintain good service insurance, strengthen coordination a- mong departments and establish long- term mechanism.
