摘要
为了观察干粪处理死亡猪只尸体的效果,我们于2014年1至5月进行了猪场干粪发酵处理死猪尸体的试验研究。观察结果如下:尸体掩埋5d以后发酵温度骤然升高,6~10d内达到最高发酵温度58~62℃(平均温度40~49℃),但最高温度仅持续2~3d后就开始缓慢下降;试验前期6~40d内,发酵温度保持在35℃以上(平均温度达39.5℃),并持续发酵30~35d,同期环境温度在8.3℃;试验40d以后发酵温度逐渐下降并保持在一个适当温度继续发酵,至90~120d尸体完全腐化。
In order to evaluate the effect of dealing with pig corpse by dried faeces fermen- tation, we conducted this experiment from January to May in 2014. The results showed that fermen- tation temperature rose rapidly after the corpse was buried 5 days and the maximum temperature was 58-62℃ (the average temperature was 40-49℃) in 6-10 days. Then the temperature began to de- cline slowly after 2-3 days. In the early 6-40 days, the fermentation temperature kept above 35 ℃ and the fermentation continued 30-35 days, the environmental temperature was 8.3 ℃ at the same term, after 40 days the temperature declined slowly, and the fermentation continued until the corpse putrefied completely after 90-120 days.
