摘要
《煤粉(泥)可浮性评定方法》(GB/T 30047)的首次发布和实施,对煤矿设计等部门有重要指导意义,概述了国内外煤粉(泥)浮选标准的学术动态,介绍了标准主要内容,强调指出应采用顺序评价方法而不是分步释放的方法进行浮选试验,应按照顺序评价试验资料而不是按分步释放试验资料绘制累计产率-灰分曲线,论述了顺序评价取代分步释放浮选试验方法的必要性和优越性。介绍了可浮性评定标准的应用实例。
“Methods for evaluating the floatability of fine coal” （ GB/T 30047） was issued and implemented, which had important guiding significance for coal mine design and other departments, the domestic and foreign fine coal flotation standard academic trends was summarized, main contents of the standard was introduced, emphasizing that, sequence evaluation method should be applied rather than regressive release flotation tests, and the cumulative yield - ash curve should be draw in accordance with the results of sequence evaluation. The necessity and superiority of sequence evaluation method was discussed. And a practical application of the standard evaluation was introduced.
