大采高综放工作面停采期间支架工作阻力研究 被引量:5

Support Working Resistances During Mining Interval in Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Face with Large Mining Height

摘要 为保证停采期间工作面安全,采用现场实测法对王家岭煤业有限公司首采工作面支架阻力进行了连续观测。通过分析机械压力表和数字显示仪表的压力数据,获得停采期间大采高综放工作面支架阻力特征。研究表明,矿压显现沿工作面方向具有波动性,大约间隔20~30台支架,支架阻力值波动升高,但单台支架阻力在停采期间保持稳定;停采后,沿工作面方向支架阻力的分布与开采时基本相同,每台支架前后柱的实时阻力和最大阻力值均较为稳定,最大阻力水平要低于开采时的最大阻力水平;停采阶段支架前后柱阻力均有提升,前柱实时阻力整体上略低于初撑力,后柱实时阻力较为接近或超过初撑力,后柱阻力整体大于前柱阻力。 To guarantee the safety of working face during mining interval, continuous field observation of the support resistance was carried out in the first working face of Wangjialing Coal Mine. By analyzing the data from pressure gauges and digital displays, support resistances behaviors during mining interval in large mining height fully mechanized top coal caving face were obtained. The results show that, mine pressure along the working face is fluctuating, the support resistances increases fluctuantly with an interval of 20 ~ 30 supports, while for each support, the support resistances remains stable during mining interval; the support resistances distribution for both the front and back abut in the working face during mining interval is similar, and the highest resistance is smaller, compared with that in mining condition; during the mining interval, resistances of both the front abut and the back abut has an increasing tendency; the real time front resistance is smaller than the setting load, while the back one is higher than the setting load, the back resistance is higher than the front one.
