三级结构单相电力电子变压器的实现

摘要 电力电子变压器相比于传统变压器具有诸多优点,具有很好的研究前景。文章首先介绍了三级结构电力电子变压器各级电路组成及其功能,分析了各级电路的工作原理,选择合适的控制策略,运用DSP完成数字控制。设计制作了主电路、检测电路和驱动电路,搭建了单相电力电子变压器实验样机并测量了实验波形,验证了该设计的可实现性。 Power electronic transformer has many advantages and better application prospect compared with the traditional. The configurations and main functions of the three - stage circuit in the single - phase power electronic transformer were introduced. The working principle of the rectifier stage, the isolation stage and the inverter stage was analyzed. The appropriate control strategy was selected and the digital control system was designed with DSP. The main circuit, detection circuit and driving circuit were designed, and the experimental platform of the single - phase power electronic transformer was established, validity of the design was verified.
