摘要
为了探究聚乳酸(PLLA)薄膜对樱桃番茄贮藏品质的影响,选择纵向拉伸度不同的三种PLLA薄膜作为包装材料,将气调包装(MAP)后的樱桃番茄置于室温下贮藏,定期测定在贮藏过程中樱桃番茄的失重率、硬度、呼吸强度、烂果率的变化情况。结果表明:经过纵向拉伸的PLLA薄膜可在一定程度上延缓樱桃番茄的失重、抑制硬度的下降和腐烂率的上升;在降低呼吸高度的同时还能有效的延缓呼吸峰出现的时间。经过纵向拉伸的PLLA薄膜包装的樱桃番茄在常温贮藏第8天时仍具有可食用价值,保鲜效果良好。试验证明:将PLLA薄膜材料应用在食品级包装上具有一定的可行性与优越性。
In order to study the effect of Poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA) films on the quality of cherry tomatoes,the cherry tomatoes were packaged by modified atmosphere packaging(MAP) with different longitudinally stretched PLLA films and stored at the normal atmospheric temperature.The changes on the weight loss rate,hardness,respiratory rate,and rot rate of cherry tomatoes were determined during storage.The results showed that the longitudinally stretched PLLA films could delay the weight loss rate and inhibit the decline of hardness,the rotting rate was clearly lower than the control group.The cherry tomatoes were packaged with longitudinally stretched PLLA films can reduce the respiration peak height and delay the time of respiration peak appeared.The edible value of cherry tomatoes with longitudinally stretched PLLA films at 8th day still maintained good at the normal atmospheric temperature.It was shown that the longitudinally stretched PLLA film has a certain application feasibility and superiority in food grade packaging.
