摘要
卷烟研发阶段需要对烟叶的加香加料精确控制,传统实验室加香加料使用人工滴定,效率低,介绍一种烟草分级定量加香加料方案,该方案采用工业机器人、注射泵、电子天平和信息采集卡等设备,运用模糊-PID开关切换控制,并采用多次靠壁的方法,保证加液精度。试验证明该系统具有精确度高,鲁棒性强,稳定可靠等优势,实现了实验室自动化精确加料。
The development of tobacco need flavoring feeding precision control,and the traditional laboratorial flavored use artificial feeding titration which has low efficiency.Introduce a quantitative feeding tobacco classification scheme,consist the industrial robot,injection pumps,electronic scales and signal pickup assembly,using the fuzzy-PID switch control,and adopt the method of touching the wall of cup to guarantee the accuracy of charging.Experimental results show the system has high precision,strong robustness,stable and reliable.Automation precision feeding in lab has been realized.
