摘要
白酒中微量成分含量不同以及其分类含量比例关系有差异影响白酒质量和风味的辨识,针对这个问题分析辨识程序并绘制出辨识的流程图,利用聚类分析对具体的几种白酒和样酒进行辨识分析形成谱系图,通过谱系图直观看到不同白酒的分类。
The differences and different proportion relationship of content microconstituents make identification of quality and flavor difficult.Aim at the problem of the identification spirit,analyzes the identification procedure and draws the flow chart.Make use of cluster analysis to identify several specific pedigrees of liquor and wine sample and draws the pedigree chart to judge spirit.The pedigree charts visually see the classification of different liquor.
