摘要
蓝莓果实营养丰富,风味独特,成熟于高温多雨的夏季,采后易失水,腐烂,果肉软化,导致品质劣变,严重影响流通和消费。综述了国内外蓝莓贮藏保鲜技术的研究进展,包括物理方法、化学方法和生物方法,并对其发展趋势进行了展望,以期为我国蓝莓采后保鲜技术的发展提供参考。
Blueberries are rich in nutrition,unique in flavor,mature in the summer.Because of postharvest dehydration,decay,softening and quality deterioration,circulation and consumption are affected severely.Different postharvest approaches on blueberries in the world,such as physical techniques,chemical treatments and biological methods,were thoroughly reviewed,and their development prospects were presented.These could provide some reference for the development of blueberry preservation technology.
