微孔板式微生物法快速测定婴儿奶粉中维生素B_(12)的研究

Research on the Rapid Determination of Vitamin B_(12) in Foods for Infants by the Microbiological Microtiter Plate Test

试验旨在比较研究微孔板式微生物法与国家标准方法GB 5413.14—2010的检测效果,并评价微孔板式微生物法检测试剂盒检测维生素B12的检测性能。将微孔板式微生物法与国家标准方法GB 5413.14—2010分别进行模拟样品及自然样品的检测试验,比较分析检测结果。对微孔板式微生物法进行评价试验,并通过耐变性试验、批间变异试验及比对试验,分析微孔板式微生物法的检测性能。微孔板式微生物法与国家标准方法GB 5413.14—2010的检测效果基本一致。微孔板式微生物法具有良好的检测性能。

The study was designed to compare the detection effects between the microbiological microtiter plate test with the national standard method GB 5413.14—2010,and also evaluated the detection perfonnance of the microbiological microtiter plate test.Used the microbiological microtiter plate test and the national standard method GB 5413.14—2010 to cany out the detection experiments of the natural sample and the simulated samplerespectively,compared and analyzed the results.By the denaturation resistance experiment,interassay variation experiment and correlative experiment,evaluating the detection performance of the microbiological microtiter plate test.The results of the microbiological microtiter plate test and the national standard method GB5413.14—2010 are consistency.The test indicated the microbiological microtiter plate test has good detection performance.
