超高效液相色谱法同时测定面制品中的防霉剂和多种防腐剂 被引量:3

Simultaneous Determination of Fungicides and Preservatives in Cereal Foods by Ultra Performance Liquid Chroma tography

摘要 研究了超高效液相色谱法同时测定面制品中的富马酸二甲酯、山梨酸、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯和对羟基苯甲酸戊酯分析方法,以Waters ACQUITY UPLCTMBEH C18(50 mm×2.1mm,1.7μm)柱为分离柱,以流动相为0.1%甲酸水溶液-甲醇进行梯度洗脱,采用二极管阵列在210 nm和260 nm进行检测,整个分离过程在4.50 min内完成,6种组分在0.312 5~10μg/m L浓度范围内的线性关系良好,方法检出限分别为0.019 5,0.002 2,0.019 6,0.026 1,0.046 4和0.360μg/g,样品加标回收率为81.36%~103.10%;相对标准偏差为0.41%~8.40%,该方法简单,分离效果好,分析时间短,能够满足大量日常面制品中防霉剂和防腐剂的检测需要。 An ultra performance liquid chromatographic(UPLC) method for the simultaneous separation and determination of fungicides and preservatives(DMF,sorbic acid,ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate,propyl p-hydroxybenzoate,butyl p-hydroxybenzoate and n-Pentyl-4-hydroxybenzoate) was developed.The separation was performed on an ACQUITY UPLC^(TM)BEH C_(18)(50mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μrn) column with gradient program and detection at 210 nm and 260 nm,methanol-0.1%formic acid as mobile phases.The separation within 4.50 min,the linearity was obtained in the range of 0.312 5~10 μg/mL,and LODs were 0.019 5,0.002 2,0.019 6,0.026 1,0.046 4 and 0.360 ug/g.The average recoveries in samples were 81.36%~103.10%,and the RSD were 0.41%~8.40%.The method is simple,with good separation,short analysis times and can meet the daily pasta in a large number of fungicides and preservatives detection requires.
