摘要
热流道系统设有加热棒和加热圈,塑料从注射机喷嘴出口到浇口的整个流道都处于高温状态,使流道中的塑料保持熔融状态直接送入模具。热流道模具具有产生的废料少、生产效率高和产品质量高等优点,在注塑模具中的比重逐步提高。本研究借助汽车保险杠模流分析结果,基于UG NX软件对汽车保险杠整体式热流道进行设计,优化热流道模具结构,降低模具设计与制造成本。
Hot runner system is provided with a heating rod and a heating coil, plastic injection molding machine from nozzle exit to the gate of the whole flow passage are at high temperature, keep the molten state directly into the mold runner of plastics. Hot runner mold has several advantages of less waste material, high production efficiency and high quality of products, the proportion of hot runner gradually increases in the injection mold. With the help of mold flow analysis results for automobile bumper, integral hot runner was designed based on UG NX software, the hot runner mold structure was optimized, and the cost of mold design and manufacturing was reduced.
