摘要
文章以顾客满意度作为调查问卷设计的理论基础,从专业与课程、教师教学和教学环境等三个维度考察学生对民族院校本科教学质量的满意度。分析结果表明,民族院校本科教学质量得到大多数学生的肯定性评价;与此同时,也存在三个方面的不足:专业建设水平有待提高、教师教学能力需要进一步提升、教学设施和教学管理制度亟待完善。
Based on the theory of customer satisfaction, this paper investigated the satisfaction of undergraduate teaching quality of national colleges from the dimensions of specialty and course, faculty teaching and teaching environment. The result shows that the quality of undergraduate teaching gains the students' approval, however, there' re still three deficiencies, as the need for increasing the specialty construction level, promoting teaching competence and improving the teaching facilities and management.
