区域特色高水平大学发展路径探析——基于教育生态学视域

The Analysis of Development Paths of Top Universities with Regional Characteristics Based on Educational Ecology

建设区域特色高水平大学有利于避免大学的同质化发展,形成多样化的大学格局,充分利用地方优势资源,提升高校实力,促进教育公平。基于教育生态理论,探讨区域高水平大学之关键特征,结合社会需求,从关联性、适应性、共生性与平衡性对地方性高水平大学与区域发展之关系进行生态分析,是探讨区域特色高水平大学生态发展路径之现实依据。文章构建了区域特色高水平大学发展路径的分析框架,认为地方性大学需要在不否定学术自治、学术自由与学术理想之前提下,充分利用区域优势资源,实现在人才培养、科学研究与社会服务等方面的一系列改革,以实现与区域社会的双赢。

It is worthwhile to construct top universities with regional characteristics in order to avoid the homogeneity of the devel- opment of universities, form a setup of diversified universities, make full use of local advanced resources, improve the comprehensive strength of universities, and promote the educational fairness. The realistic basis is provided by discussing key features of top universi- ties with regional characteristics based on the niche theory, and analyzing relations between regional top universities and the regional development in the view of correlation, adaptability, symbiosis, and balance. The results suggest that it is necessary for regional uni- versities to make full use of local advanced resources to improve talent training, scientific research and social service for producing win -win situations between universities and the society.
