摘要 大学生综合素质测评逐渐成为高校检验教育教学质量,引导学生全面发展的保障。文章运用管理学中的目标管理理论,并借助南京市某高校的经验数据,建立基于因子分析法的学生综合素质影响因素模型,并为综合素质测评体系的改进提供量化依据。提出完善大学生综合素质测评体系构建的对策建议:划分文理,突出测评学科差异;重视细化,提高测评精准程度;加强引导,强化测评激励机制;规范程序,做到公开、公平、公正。 Evaluation of comprehensive quality of college students has gradually become a trend for universities to examine quality of their teaching and education, and guides the overall development of students. This paper utilizes the target management theory to es- tablish a model of influence factors of student comprehensive quality based on the empirical data of a university in Nanjing, through the method of factor analysis, using. It provides the quantitative evidence for the improvement of evaluation system for the comprehensive quality. The countermeasures and suggestions are finally proposed to improve the construction of this system, by dividing the liberal arts and sciences subjects, highlightening the subject differences during evaluation, focusing on refining, improving accuracy of measure- ment, strengthening the guidance, intensifying the evaluation and incentive mechanisms, and standardizing procedures to achieve open- ness, fairness and impartiality.
