我国高等职业教育教学创新路径分析

Analysis on Teaching Innovation Path of Our Country's Higher Vocational Education

教学创新是以批判性思维对传统的教学思想、教学实践进行反思的基础上,在教学中进行有效的继承、变革和超越。高职教育强调以生为本,以技术技能人才培养为目标,教学创新就是要在教学过程中对实现这一目标的理念、内容、方式方法等一系列要素进行反思,通过不断变革来提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,以更好地实现教育目标。

Teaching innovation means effective inheritance, transformation and transcendence, which based on reflecting on the traditional teaching thought, teaching practice by critical thinking. Higher vocational education emphasizes the goal of realizing students - oriented and training technical skilled talents. As a result, teaching innovation is going to reflecting a series of elements including concept, content, method etc. during the procedure of realizing the goal. Meanwhile, in order to better fulfill the aim of education, continuously transformation is required to improve students ＇ learning enthusiasm and initiative.
