“以人为本”与大学生思想政治教育

文章以高校思想政治教育以人为本价值取向这一前提性、根本性问题为研究对象,通过对以往思想政治教育价值取向的分析、反思,有利于启发高校思想政治教育自身价值选择的自觉性。文章旨在探索出一条"以人为本"为主线的大学生思想政治教育的新道路,结合时代背景和时代要求,塑造出具有时代精神风貌的新一代大学生。"以人为本"是一个新的要求,也是符合时代发展规律的要求。在当代大学生的思想政治教育中,学生工作者应该坚决秉承"以人为本"的理念,启发学生们的自觉性,使学生在情感和思想上产生强烈的归属感,自觉地,而不是被动地接受教育,并能将其内化为自己的观念,外化为自己的行动,只有这样,才能达到思政教育的目的。通过对"以人为本"的追求和内化,使学生树立正确的人生观,从而成为适应新时期发展、为社会进步做出贡献的大学生。

Taking the premising and essential problem that people oriented value orientation in universities＇ ideological and politi- cal education as the research object, this paper has analyzed and introspected past value orientation in ideological and political educa- tion so as to enlighten the self - consciousness of universities＇ ideological and political education＇ s choosing its own value. This paper aims to explore a new way that is mainly about people oriented ideas of university students＇ ideological and political education and cul- tivate a new generation of university students with new spirits of age in new era by combing the background with the demands of the time. The idea of people oriented is a new demand, and it also corresponds to the demand of development regulations of the era. Now in university students＇ ideological and political education, student workers should firmly adhere to people oriented idea, enlighten students＇ self - consciousness, and make students produce a strong sense of belonging in emotion and thought. So students receive ed- ucation consciously rather than passively, internalize it as their own thought, and externalize it as their actions. Only like those can reach the goal of ideological and political education. In addition, by pursuing and internalizing people oriented thought, students are supposed to construct correct outlook on life, adapt to the development in new era, and make contributions to social progress.
