The Thinking on Cultivating Law Talents of Compound Mode in Academy of Finance and Economics

财经法学由于先天不足,毕业生就业出现困境。为了解决就业难这个问题,我们输出的"产品"需要满足当今社会的需求,即既懂法律又懂会计、审计等方面知识的复合型法学人才。培养复合型人才,我们需要转变培养思路。财经类本科院校复合型法学人才的培养需充分发挥自身的财经学科优势,以服务社会为立足点培养复合型法学人才,并制订适合的人才培养计划。

As financial law is congenitally deficient, graduate employment has some difficulties. In order to solve the problem of difficult employment, the “products” we export need to meet today＇s society＇s needs that our society need law talents of compound mode who know the law as well as the knowledge of accounting , auditing, and so on. We need to change cultivation thought so as to train compound talents. This paper has pointed out that cultivating law talents of compound mode in academy of finance and economics should give full play to finance and economics discipline＇ s own advantages, take serving our society as the foothold, and make proper talents cultivation plan.
