Exploring the Teaching of College English Course for Training Talents with Specialized Skills and International Vision- from the Perspective of Agricultural Universities

在经济全球化的背景下,尤其是我国加入WTO之后,我国与其他国家展开广泛地交流、合作,甚至是竞争。如何能培养出国际性专门人才是高校亟须解决的问题。文章阐释国际性专门人才的内涵,探讨农业院校培养国际性专门人才的意义,分析农业院校大学英语课程存在的问题,构建面向国际性专门人才培养的大学英语课程体系。

Under the background of Economic Globalization, especially after China＇ s joining in WTO, China has began communi- cate, corporate, even compete with other countries. The urgent problem for universities to cope with is how to cultivate the talents with specialized skills and international vision. This paper explains the connotation of the talents with specialized skills and international vi- sion, probing into the significance of cultivating such talents for agricultural universities, analyzing the current problems of College Eng- lish Course, in order to establish the system of College English Course based on the aim of training talents with specialized skills and international vision.
