摘要
研究了用盐酸从广西某中钇型稀土矿石中浸出稀土,考察了浸出温度、时间、液固体积质量比及盐酸浓度对稀土浸出率的影响,确定了最佳浸出条件。试验结果表明:稀土浸出最佳条件为浸出温度100℃,液固体积质量比6∶1,盐酸浓度9 mol/L,浸出时间3h;稀土串级萃取分离钇的级数为6,流比vF∶vS∶vW=1∶6.309 5∶0.724 1;在Gd/Tb进行分组分割,高钇富集物中w(Y2O3)≥70%。
The middle‐Y rare earthes in Guangxi were leached and single‐factor condition experiments were done for examing the effect of temperature ,time ,liquid‐solid ratio ,HCl concentration on rare earth leaching rate .T he optimum leaching conditions are temperature of 100℃ ,liquid‐solid ratio of 6∶1 ,HCl concentration of 9 mol/L ,leaching time of 3 h .Series ,flow ratio are designed by the theory of caseade‐extraction ,and the accuracy of segmentation at Gd/Tb is validated .A high Y enrichment with w(Y2 O3 )≥70% is obtained .
