摘要
某白钨矿选矿废水中固体、水玻璃含量较高,形成的稳定胶体分散体系难于利用。采用酸碱联用工艺,充分利用废水中的水玻璃进行混凝沉淀,可消除其中的悬浮物和重金属,澄清后的水再通过加压溶气气浮法进一步降低有机药剂含量,最终达到全部回用到磨矿、选硫及重选作业。该方法流程简单,成本低,可实现废水零排放。
The some scheelite dressing wastewater is difficult to be used because contains a lot of solid and sodium silicate .By the combination process of acid and alkali ,the sodium silicate in the wastewater is fully used to coagulate and eliminate the suspended substance and heavy metals in the wastewater . Organic reagents in clarified wastewater are reduced by the method of pressure air‐floatation .Finally , all of the wastewater is back to milling grinding ,sulfur dressing and gravity separation .The process has low cost ,good mineral dressing index and can realize zero releasing of wastewater .
