摘要
针对复杂电磁环境下有源相控阵雷达T/R组件高功率电磁脉冲毁伤效应试验问题,介绍了高功率电磁脉冲进入T/R组件的三种途径,对高功率电磁脉冲辐照场强与注入功率等效关系进行了建模分析。对某T/R组件进行电磁脉冲注入效应试验、加固设计试验验证以及电磁脉冲辐照试验后,得到T/R组件在单脉冲和脉冲串注入试验条件下的毁伤效应波形。研究发现:随着注入电磁脉冲数的增加,T/R组件峰值温度逐渐上升,毁伤效应逐渐严重;加固设计后的T/R组件高功率电磁脉冲毁伤阈值由原先的k W量级水平提高到10 k W量级水平。积累的T/R组件毁伤效应阈值和加固设计经验,可为后续的工程应用提供借鉴。
High power electromagnetic pulse damage effect experiment on T/R module of active phased array radar under complex electromagnetic environment was presented in this paper. Three approaches of injecting high power electromagnetic pulse into T/R module was introduced. The relation between the electromagnetic pulse radiation field intensity of high power and equivalent injec- tion power was analyzed. The electromagnetic pulse injection experiment, reinforcement experiment and radiation experiment were introduced and analyzed, and damage effect waveforms of T/R module with injecting single pulse and pulse train were specified. Experiment results show that peak temperature of T/R module increased and damage effect worsened with pulse number. The dam- age threshold of reinforced T/R module increased from kW class to 10 kW closs compared with the damage threshold of original T/R module. Damage effect threshold of T/R module and experience in reinforcement design were accumulated, which provided reference to later engineering applications.
