摘要
以华灰莉木为试材,采用溶剂冷浸法提取植物成分,溶剂液-液萃取法对植物成分进行初步分离,Potter喷雾法测定杀螨活性,研究华灰莉木提取物和初步分离物对柑橘全爪螨的影响。结果表明:华灰莉木叶和枝条甲醇提取物对柑橘全爪螨雌成螨有较高的触杀毒力,致死中浓度(LC50)分别为5.5334g/L和3.9682g/L。叶的杀螨活性物质主要集中在水萃取物中,属于极性强的物质;枝条的杀螨活性物质主要集中在石油醚萃取物中,属于极性弱的物质。叶提取物的水萃取物和枝条提取物的石油醚萃取物对柑橘全爪螨雌成螨的LC50分别为3.2970g/L和1.7372g/L。
Taking Fagraea ceilanica as material, solvent dipping extraction method, liquid-liquid extraction and Potter spray method were employed for the extraction of plant components, preliminary separation of plant components and determination of acaricidal activity, respectively. The effect of extracts form Fagraea ceilanic against Panonychus cirri was studied. The results showed that methanol extracts from leaves and twigs of F. ceilanica exhibited high contact toxicity to female adults of P. cirri, with the LC50 values being 5. 5334 g/L and 3. 9682 g/L, respectively. The acaricidal substances of leaves mainly existed in the water extract,and that of twigs in the petroleum ether extract. The LC50 values of the water extract from leaves and petroleum ether extract from twigs to female adults of P. citri were 3. 2970 g/L and 1.7372 g/L, respectively.
