油酸2-乙基己酯的催化合成及性能 被引量:2

摘要 层析硅胶负载硫酸钛Ti(SO4)2经高温焙烧制得一种负载型固体酸TSG,采用XRD表征固体酸的组分;以TSG为催化剂,以油酸与2-乙基己醇为反应物,催化合成了油酸2-乙基己酯;通过FT-IR确认酯化产物的结构,并检测了酯化产物的主要理化性能。实验结果表明:固体酸TSG的组分为TiOSO4/Al0.5Si0.75O2.25;硅胶分散负载硫酸氧钛TiOSO4能提高TSG的酯化催化活性;优化条件下:酸醇物质的量比1∶1.2、催化剂5.3%(与油酸的质量比)、带水剂甲苯0.14mol(相对于0.1mol油酸)、反应时间80min,酯化率可达98.1%;酯化产物的黏度、碘值、皂化值(KOH)和酸值(KOH)分别为8.5mm2/s、58.5、141.2mg/g和0.4mg/g。 Novel solid acid TSG was prepared by calcination of titanium sulfate supported on chromato- graphic silica gel at high temperature, and characterized by XRD. With TSG as the catalyst, 2-ethyl hexyl oleate was synthesized by esterification of oleic acid and 2-ethylhexanol. The chemical structure of the esterification product was confirmed by FT-IR, and its physicochemical properties were deter- mined. The experimental results show that the composition of TSG is TiOSO4/Al0.5 Si0.75 O2.25. The dispersion and immobilization of titanyl sulfate by chromatographic silica gel can improve the catalytic activity of TSG for esterification. The esterification rate can reach 98.1% under the optimum condi- tions that mole ratio of oleic acid to 2-ethylhexanol of 1 : 1.2, catalyst dosage of 5.3% (mass percent-age based on oleic acid), water entrainer (toluene) of O. 14 mol (based on oleic acid of O. 1 mol) and reaction time of 80 min, and the viscosity, iodine value, saponification value and acid number of ester- ification products are 8.5 mm^2/s, 58.5, 141.2 mg/g and O. 4 mg/g, respectively.
